After an initial inspection, we outline a proposed plan of action to be carried out by our trained FANUC engineers. After disassembling and cleaning the product we replace the faulty components. Finally we utilise count and a memory testing to ensure the motor meets the manufacturers standards. The result being a more efficient and longer lasting FANUC servo motor.
FANUC AC Spindle Motor Repair:

Our FANUC spindle repair service starts with a detailed inspection of your motor, and a proposed plan on how to go about repairing each issue. Your faulty spindle is then repaired to its original specification along with any work relating to winding housing issues or faults within the spindle stator. We can support with electrical faults or mechanical failures such as worn out bearings, shafts or bearing housings.
Once repaired we then utilise a FANUC testing rig, allowing us to test motors up to 3000Hz open loop and up to 1250Hz closed loop. Finally we can arrange its delivery directly to you anywhere in the UK.
