• What are your opening hours?

    Our office opening hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am – 12pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

    We do also provide a 24/7 out of hours emergency service for unexpected breakdowns or urgent requirements. You can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on +44 (0) 116 2768686 – one of our knowledgeable engineers will be able to help you immediately.

  • Do you charge for inspecting/checking a motor for a fault?

    We are happy to provide a free quotation; however, it is difficult to provide a quote without the motor.

    We would initially check the motor both electrically and mechanically, and then advise what is required (along with the cost and delivery time) to repair it. Once you have approved the quote, we will proceed to repairing the motor.

  • I have an urgent breakdown! How quickly can you repair my motor?

    The sooner you get in touch and get the motor to us, the quicker we can advise of turnaround times.

    At times, it may be more cost effective and time efficient to replace the motor. We stock a wide range of new and refurbished motors at our workshop, allowing us to offer immediate replacement. We also offer a free collection and delivery service.

  • I have a fault on my machine/application, but I am not sure if it is a motor or drive failure. Can you investigate this fault?

    Yes! Our highly skilled engineers have vast experience in fault finding and are specifically trained to identify any component failure, in the shortest time possible, to get your machine back up and running.

  • The new motor I want is not in stock on your website, how quickly can I receive it?

    It all depends on the manufacturer’s lead time. We are authorised distributors of Brook Crompton, Control Techniques, Electramo, Grundfos, Leroy Somer, Procon products and many more.

    As well as being able to source these products, as an authorised distributor, we can offer you a competitive price.

  • Can you source a product from a specific manufacturer?

    Yes. We are official distributors of some of world’s leading manufacturers such as Brook Crompton, Control Techniques, Electramo, Leroy Somer and Mitsubishi.

    We are also registered resellers of Grundfos, Omron and Sprint Electric products and our many years of expertise means we have been able to develop contacts and accounts with every major manufacturer in the industrial automation sector. Please contact us if you have any specific requests.
