Warranty
Alpha Electrics Ltd warrant their Goods to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to any Goods which has been subject to misuse, negligence, accidental damage or if the unit has been opened or modified in any way.
For new products the warranty cover is provided by the manufacturer under their terms and conditions the warranty period is normally 1-year from the date of shipment. The warranty period for Company workmanship shall be 1-year from the date of shipment.
Satisfaction of this warranty, consistent with other provisions herein, will be limited to the replacement, or repair or modification of, issuance of a credit for the Goods involved, at Alpha Electrics option.
