How it Works

The first step we take is to book in an inspection to appraise the state and condition of the AHU, allowing us to customise a maintenance package. Once our maintenance plan has been accepted, the work is scheduled and we go to work. Maintenance often commences with an audit of fan belts, ventilation, and system integrity.  Our accredited engineers have a wealth of onsite experience. Everything from public safety and access viability to cleanliness is factored in with considerable detail. Additionally our engineers also factor in risk assessments and method statements along with a detailed proposition for the maintenance plan, including timescales and how we intend to go about the work. Once all work is completed, our work area is tidied and cleaned thoroughly before we leave.

Site visit, inspection and quotation:

The initial inspection of your unit can be conducted within 24 hours, consisting of a detailed survey in order to determine the nature of the problem. With maintenance programs, we pay particular attention to issues such as building types, usage and any possible location hazards. A quote and maintenance schedule is generated outlining any issues discovered and parts required.

AHU maintenance, repair and refurbishment:

Our skilled technicians then get to work utilising cutting edge technology for problem sourcing and repair. FLIR cameras are used to determine areas of overheating, vibration monitors are used to detect mechanical failures and particle sensors to monitor air purification levels. If any issues are found, we order the required parts and commence repair immediately.
