How It Works
From quotation to repair: From the start, we will outline exactly what parts of your pump need replacing and how we propose to repair the issues. All repair work is coupled with a thorough testing phase carried out in-house. Once fixed, we can arrange the delivery of your product directly to your business. With each pump repair, we always include a 1-Year Warranty, and if the pump is not repairable, we will arrange a replacement to get you up and running as soon as possible.
INSPECTION & QUOTATION
Once we have your faulty pump motor, we aim to carry out a full inspection report, which ensures problems can be identified early on. We will outline what needs fixing and provide you with an itemised quotation covering a complete pump repair, including any parts that are required.

REPAIR, TEST & REPORT
For a successful pump repair, our team will start by ordering in any required parts to allow us to start work. All repairs go through our extensive in-house testing from an experienced team of engineers, using the latest technology. For each repair we undertake, a detailed repair report is provided.

WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE
Once testing is complete, your repaired pump is delivered to you with a full 1-year warranty from the delivery date of the repair. This is to give you peace of mind that your repaired pump meets all the legal requirements for it's ongoing use.

Common Pump Faults
An effective pump requires a consistent level of pressure. If pressure drops in the unit, the entire system can become defective or inefficient. A faulty pump can manifest itself in leaks, loud noises and high operating temperatures.
However we do find certain problem areas occurring more regularly, such as:
- Worn seals
- Damaged impellers
- Failed gaskets
- Pump housings natural wear and tear
- Electric motor failure
Our engineers are familiar with these issues and we are well equipped to repair these at our workshop.
1-Year Warranty On All Repairs
The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
