INSPECTION & QUOTATION
A typical project begins with a survey of your machine and obsolete motor. If a replacement is feasible this can be sourced and fitted to your machine.

Once we have established either a retrofit or replacement, Alpha Electrics will source your motor and schedule in time for an installation.

Retrofitting Is Greater Efficiency All Round
Alpha can take obsolete motors (in this case a motor that has been discontinued) and replace it with a different model, modifying it to allow the new motor to be compatible with your old machine. Retrofitting new motors in place of obsolete models is a great way to improve an industrial work-line without the large overhead of a new machine.
An example in action is when we worked with DS Smiths Packaging, an industrial packaging business that commissioned Alpha Electrics to extend the capabilities of all of their existing machines. We replaced many of their DC motors for AC motors with inverters which has multiplied across the business operations considerably improved their energy efficiency, performance, longevity and boosted financial efficiency & ROI.
1-Year Warranty On All Repairs
The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
