How it Works

Query & inspection

To aid a speedy repair, we look to understand the nature of the fault and the basic specifications of your inverter drive. This can be done through a simple conversation and provision of photographic or video material.

Sending your drive off for inspection

Once we have received your faulty drive, our in-house engineers conduct a thorough inspection, checking things like circuitry cables, power supplies and electrical componentry. We then generate a report outlining exactly the fault found, and how we intend to fix the problem along with a detailed quote

Conducting repairs

If a repair is viable, once your quote is accepted, the repair phase begins at our Leicester based workshop. Once repaired, your drive is then shipped back to you anywhere in the UK. Should a repair not be possible, Alpha Electrics utilises our large supplier network allowing us to replace the exact model of AC/DC, Servo or Inverter drive required. Our replacements cover a new like for like (or closest possible match) model, a competitively priced refurbished model, or a new and/or refurbished service exchange.
