How it Works
From quotation to repair:
Our initial inspection of your faulty motor is conducted at our premises. We then generate an inspection report highlighting identified issues with a quotation for replacement parts and repairs. All repair work comes with a state of the art testing phase allowing us to test motors up to 3000Hz open loop and up to 1250Hz closed loop. As soon as your spindle motor is repaired, we can arrange it’s delivery directly to you.

Collection, Inspection & Quotation
We recognise how important it is to provide our customers with an accurate estimate quickly and efficiently for any project. Therefore our team completes it’s initial inspection and evaluation within two hours.
We will also supply a detailed summary of the problems we have identified, and a plan of action outlining how we intend to address each issue. This will give you a clear and realistic idea of scope, cost and duration of work required.

Spindle Motor Repair, Testing & Reporting
Following your authorisation to proceed with the repair, our team will not only repair the problem(s), but also refurbish it to the appropriate OEM standard. Initially, the motor is stripped down completely, allowing our repair engineers to assess and repair both electrical and mechanical faults.
Once repaired, our state of the art testing hub applies stress testing to all types of spindle motors at their full nameplate speed, both open and closed loop, mounted either horizontally or vertically and quickly provide our customers with a comprehensive diagnosis, report and test.

Warranty & Maintenance
For added reassurance we provide you with a 1-year warranty on all repairs carried out. We can also offer on-going maintenance if required.
Our spindle repair service covers a wide range of manufacturers such as Bosch, Rexroth, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Indramat, Teknomotor, Siemens, Mitsubishi, NUM, Perske, SSB and Yaskawa.
