How It Works
From quotation to repair: Our rapid inspection service gives us greater control over repair turnaround time. This frees up any downtime or lag your business operations may experience, getting you back up and running quickly.
INSPECTION & QUOTATION
First, we conduct an inspection of the item in question. This is normally completed within 24 hours, at which point we will have a good idea of what issues we are facing. If a faster turnaround is required, we are happy to facilitate this on request If a repair is possible, we will highlight each issue in an itemised quote along with costings and required parts.

As mentioned above, here at Alpha Electrics, we have an advanced array of industrial machinery to help with any project. Our CNC machines help manufacture intricate components, whilst our turning and milling capabilities, along with our 3 metre lathe beds help us ensure parts are made to original specification.

you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
