How It Works
From quotation to repair: Our initial inspection of your faulty motor is conducted at our premises. We then generate an inspection report highlighting identified issues with a quotation for replacement parts and repairs.
All repair work comes with a state of the art testing phase allowing us to test motors up to 3000Hz open loop and up to 1250Hz closed loop. As soon as your spindle motor is repaired, we can arrange it’s delivery directly to you.
INSPECTION & QUOTATION
We recognise how important it is to provide our customers with an accurate estimate quickly and efficiently for any project. Therefore our team completes it’s initial inspection and evaluation within two hours.

Following your authorisation to proceed with the repair, our team will not only repair the problem(s), but also refurbish it to the appropriate OEM standard.

Common Spindle Motor Repair Problems
A typical spindle motor is extremely precise and hard working, generating speeds of up to 10,000RPM. The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
