Elau Servo Motor Repair:
At Alpha Electrics, our custom Elau testing bench investigates all areas of the performance of your servo motor including required output and performance levels under stress.
Whatever the industry, our dedicated Elau team can repair the vast majority of Elau servo motor models including the SM 0700, SM 100, SM 140, SH and SB Range. Our Elau testing bench utilises cutting edge technology including oscilloscopes, resolvers and amplification units to both fix and test your faulty servo motor.
Working to the OEM specifications we always make sure your repaired servo drive can perform at higher levels than what is required.
Should a repair not be able to be made, a replacement motor can be sourced to meet your budget. With our direct relationship with Schneider ELAU, we are able to send specialist PacDrives off for repair directly to the manufacturer for quicker turnarounds. As with all repairs we issue a full 1-year warranty should there be any unlikely issues arising from our repair work.
Elau Servo Drive Repair:
Alpha Electrics can comprehensibly test and repair all Elau Servo Drives, PacDrives and the MC-4 series. Our direct relationship with Elau means we can send off any faulty Elau PacDrive to the manufacture for repair if required. Alpha Electrics utilises its procurement network to source hard-to-find parts in addition to standard parts, and for quality control reasons, continual testing is performed all the way through the repair process.
We only send your motor back to you at the point where we are sure it exceeds the OEM specifications and if it’s a brand new Elau servo drive our in-house team can also help procure a model of your choosing that’s right for your budget and performance criteria.
1-Year Warranty On All Repairs
The Alpha Electrics 1-year Warranty on all servo motor and servo drive repairs gives
you peace of mind and reassurance in the work we carry out on your servo motor
and/or servo drive. In the unlikely event of a fault relating to our repair, you can
return it to us free of charge and we will resolve the issue immediately.
